Meet Your Presenter: Imaan Sedghi

After experiencing sports injuries growing up, Imaan became passionate about the science behind movement and recovery. With a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and experience spanning elite athletes to older adults, Imaan takes a holistic, down-to-earth approach to movement, injury recovery, and healthy ageing.

• ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist & Physiologist
• Member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia
• Accredited Onero Practitioner
• Certified SIRA work cover & DVA Provider
• Level 1 Sports Trainer Qualified
