N ZONE WORKOUTS:

Max Out

A high-intensity class designed to maximise your time. Three intense 6-minute rounds keep you moving the entire session. Push yourself to the limit or adjust the pace to suit your fitness level – either way, you’ll achieve maximum results.

Rapid Fire
A fast-paced EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) workout designed for maximum efficiency. Complete a set of exercises every minute for 4 minutes, then repeat for 6 rounds. Stay consistent, push your limits, and make every rep count.

Strength Mode

A slower paced muscle-building session focused on technique and functional movement.

Tag Team

A dynamic partner AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout designed to keep you moving. Work together to complete as many rounds as possible within the time limit, taking turns to push the pace while your partner rests. Challenge each other, stay motivated, and maximize your effort!

 

DANCE

There is a range of dance classes for you to choose from on our Group Fitness timetable!

Groove to your own rhythm, find out what gets your feet moving and get your dance shoes on.

PULSES

For the young at heart!

Pulses started off as part of the Cardiac Rehab program at Royal North Shore Hospital for people with a cardiac diagnosis or recent heart surgery but very quickly expanded to not only those with heart disease, but those who are encouraged to focus on their health .

Our Pulses classes are conducted by expert instructors and  focus on technique and correct movement patterns.

The aim of Pulses is to improve one’s exercise capacity, the ability to deal with stress, boost their confidence and self-esteem in an environment that is welcoming and safe. Classes consist of a warm-up and gym work incorporating resistance training, balance, coordination, functional movement and improving aerobic capacity and endurance.
