Introducing the Norths Fitness Non-Runners Run Club!
Join us for a fun run around Cammeray and the local area every Friday morning. Whether you’ve never run before, are a total beginner or just want some consistency, this is for you.
No pressure, lots of laughs and all good vibes!

Meet at 6:55am outside Palmer St Carpark
We’re always on except for extreme weather conditions (we will run in a bit of rain)! Rule of thumb…if it’s on the live timetable, we’re going ahead! If there are any changes, members booked in will receive communication prior to the session.
Bookings will open a week in advance through your class booking portal. Come hang out with us “non-runners” each week for a fun and enjoyable running session together!

Functional Strength
Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density. Our Functional Strength training sessions use functional movement patterns to help our members increase their muscle mass, and in turn, burn more calories every day, even at rest.
Cardio Sweat
When your fitness improves, so much becomes easier! With individual, partner and team workouts, our sessions are designed to keep you motivated and challenged. Our cardio based training method takes you to the next level and gets results.
Hybrid
Mix of Cardio Sweat and Functional Strength workout.
Total Body Core
A fast 15 minute killer core workout to be utilised as an add-on to your workout or an in and out session to get you sweating! A strong core is vital to body mobility and strength. Working on this key part of your body will help you to live stronger.
TRX Suspension (Coming Soon)
The TRX class is uniquely structured to combine TRX suspension bodyweight exercises and functional cardio in order to build endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
