Join us for a dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga session at The Greens, designed to get your body moving and your mind focused for the weekend ahead.

This high energy class blends strength sequences, flowing yoga movements and balance work, creating a practice that builds strength while improving mobility and coordination. The session finishes with a short meditation so you leave feeling calm, centred and ready for the day.

Suitable for all levels, options and modifications will be provided throughout so you can move at your own pace while still enjoying the challenge of the flow.

🌿 Meet Your Instructor — Joanna Zupan

Jo is a vibrant and experienced yoga instructor with over 20 years in the fitness industry. Known for her infectious energy and intuitive teaching style, Jo guides participants through dynamic flows, breathwork and movement that leave you feeling empowered and energised.

Her classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, offering adjustments and modifications to support every stage of your yoga journey.
