Join Physiotherapist Daniel Lakkis for Train, Despite Pain, an informative and practical workshop designed to help you better understand common aches and pains associated with ageing, and how to continue training safely, confidently, and effectively.

Throughout the session, Daniel will cover topics including arthritis, tendon pain, muscular overload, recovery strategies, and when exercise should be adjusted to better suit the individual. We’ll also explore the role of footwear, recovery methods, heat and ice, massage, supplements, and other factors that can support long term movement and wellbeing.
