This 60 minute workshop is all about getting your body and brain working together through rhythm, movement, and a few tap steps along the way.

We’ll start with a simple intro into how tap can support bone health, including easy, practical ways movement can help manage and improve osteoporosis.

Then… we get moving ✨

You’ll learn easy to learn tap steps and short routines designed to challenge your balance, coordination, and focus, all in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Think of it as a fun little workout for your body and your brain 🧠

With 20+ years of experience in dance and movement, Helen knows how to make movement feel approachable, enjoyable, and effective.

Her sessions are welcoming, easy to follow, and perfect whether you’re brand new or just keen to try something different.
