Spending more time at home during lockdown means the amount of movement we do during a typical day has dropped, we encourage you to build movement into your day 🤸🏼‍♀️💪🏽

Move around while you are on a call, do squats or lunges while you’re waiting for a meeting to start, stand for the meeting, or try jumping jacks in front of the TV during the ad breaks 🏋🏼🖥

It can even be as simple as countertop push-ups while you are waiting for the kettle to boil or toast to pop up ✅
